The poorest residents of Liba live here. Kids run around on the streets, and the old houses are worthless compared to the houses in the North Eastern Neighborhood. The run-down homes have peeling paint, cracked and dirty windows, screen doors, and not the prettiest lawns. There are some slightly nicer areas within this place, but this is mostly the home of criminals and beggars.

The nickname of this place is the Furnace House. This is where all the big manufacturing plants are, and it is known for putting black fog in the Liban skies. The government enforces strict policies that protect the environment, so the fog is harmless, but its still an annoyance for the residents of the slums. The teens of the area are known for jumping fences and hanging out around here, despite being such a dangerous area. This place is notorious for being a place where teens disappear.

Skyton is the biggest company in Liba, with a basic monopoly over the city. They are also in charge of getting rid of things, so they own the dump in the slums. The trash trucks travel in and out of here, carrying their junk and stenches as they go. The dump then makes sure to take care of the waste, running it through monstrous machines that recycle all the material that could possibly be recycled, and boxing it up to be sent to the furnace house. Lots of kids find it funny to sneak in and graffiti all over the place, and some kids come here to hang out even though it smells terrible.

Here, just the old cellar of a warehouse, you can find almost anything; drugs, the strictly-forbidden lazer guns, and old weapons from the 2000's.
