Blood Hunger = She does have an affinity for blood but is not necessary for her. It is more like having a craving for something sweet. Controllable. Easy to brush off, though this only remains true as long as she doesn't actually drink any. If she were to drink a little, she would likely have a harder time resisting the next time. She has never taken any simply because it would make her a monster to do so.
Pleasure Nerves = Her bite (though she doesn't know this) is very potent. It is more then just a dizzying pleasure feeling. If she were to actually need to use it, the person would still feel its effects up to 30 minutes after she releases them. The bite gives one the feeling of contentment, passion, and completely pain-free.
Transfer Feeling = If she were to bite someone it would not only reveal her victim's deepest feelings, it would also reveal hers to them. Due to her not truly being turned into a vampire, she doesn't really have control over what she reveals to the person she drinks from.
Speed = She can run faster than any human but not nearly as fast as a noble of the vampires. Her stamina allows her to run for a long amount of time without needing to take a break. This speed would double if she were to drink the blood of a vampire, though the chances of her doing such are slim-to-none.
Strength = Her strength is not out of human spectrum but definitely more than an average woman. She is about as strong as a football player, able to knock out an average guy with one punch or maybe even break a rib or two.
Memory Eraser = This power is pretty limited. She can erase up to 5 minutes from a normal human's mind. Anything else is either immune or just gets a minor headache when she even attempts it.
Telekinesis = This is also very limited. She can move objects within 10 feet of her. The larger the object, the closer she needs to be to move it. This is another power that would increase in strength if she were to consume the blood of another, an unlikely event.

REFERENCE PICTURE
In terms of overall appearance, she looks her age. Simply because it has only been 2 years since her change. Her father has told her that he doubts she will age physically much more than now. As for the other features of a vampire, the razor fangs and sharp nails, she got extremely lucky. Her fangs are there but are not noticeably obvious. Her nails are somewhat long and sharp but she can pass them off as her getting a manicure and taking good care of them.
She usually wears her hair in pigtails with a few strands flowing past her chest with red ribbons tied around each. Her bangs brush just above her eyebrows. It's overall texture is like silk, and its very common to have a female friend asking to play with her hair. The only time she wears it down is when she is getting ready for bed or if she is out hunting.
Her eyes were always a bit odd in coloring, being pink. The change didn't change that, it only made it possible for her to darken them to a blood red, usually when she is angry they will flash that color against her will.
As far as her body figure goes, the vampire DNA seems to have given her a more sleek and predator shape. She's grown a cup size, though she wasn't lacking before, and her waist has gotten slimmer. She has been asked if she would ever consider modelling, and she politely rejects such an idea. Her thoughts are on something else.
It's the language that we speak

Overall Personality »»
Freya's mindset is set towards logic rather than emotion. One could say, she has the ability to switch from emotion to logic when she must. She tends to look at the bigger picture when she makes decisions, its her way of judging her best course of action.
While at school, she is the picture of perfect girlfriend material, she isn't easily annoyed and no one has ever really seen her upset. She is very cute, and recently she has become even more so (the vampire DNA kicking in). Not to mention, she is smart and kind and always has good advice and a warm smile when approached.
Outside of school, however, her entire mask melts away. When out in public she is just like in school, bubbly sweet and cute, but the moment she is put into a situation that could be deemed dangerous, or she is alone in the quiet solitude of her room, she lets herself loose.
When she is alone, she lets her eyes fade into red and lets her hair down. She switches from emotion to logic. She goes through the steps of being human but all the while she is researching any hints or signs that there is a monster in the city or further research into the creatures so as to find weaknesses. There are times that she will go a few days without eating due to a possible lead on a rogue werewolf or vampire that the Academy just couldn't keep their claws in.
When put in a situation of conflict, she puts herself in logic mode again. She isn't known for showing mercy to any creature she deems as a monster and won't step down from a fight even if she is under someone's power. A werewolf could have his claw at her stomach and his teeth ready to bite down on her neck but she wouldn't even blink if he decided to give her a deal instead. Freya won't allow herself to make a deal with a monster to save herself, she would rather die first.

History »»
Freya was born to a family of scientists of Liba. Her mother and father were both involved with experiments at the Academy. In fact, that is where they met up again after going separate ways before she was born.
When they bumped into each other, her father found out about his now 4 year old daughter. He took an interest in her and became a part of her life, though they kept her sheltered from the Academy. While her parents experimented, she took to the books. When she was still a toddler, her parents decided that it would be best to keep their daughter away from their work and so they set up with family friends though they visited regularly.
By the time she was in middle school she was at the top of her class and rumored to be the cutest girl in school. Her parents were proud of her and pushed her to further her studies. She began going beyond her current criteria and expanding her knowledge. It was around the time she was 13 that things changed.
It was around this time that her parents stayed for an extended period on vacation. It is also when she discovered some files that her parents had brought with them to do a little work while away. These documents had detailed information on the species collected at the Academy. She read them completely fascinated by all the cool things she learned. Growing up she hadn't believed in any kind of mythical creature or magic but her parents dealt with it every day! It was life altering. One day before they returned to work at the Academy, she finally asked her parents about something she had read, they were completely shocked at her actions. Her father punished her for putting her nose where it didn't belong but her mother lightened the blow with the fact that she was just curious about what her parents did. That was only natural for a young child whose parents weren't around regularly.
They began to open up to her about what they had learned, who sucked it in like a sponge. They never told her how horribly treated the subjects are or their DNA "donors".
When she turned 15, she entered high school and her parents got her an apartment. She instantly became popular for her social interaction skills and her smarts, though she never told anyone about the secrets of the Academy that her parents revealed to her. She found it normal to turn down some guy or the other for a date while thinking of her parents data about the genotype of a werewolf or vampire or demon.
Then an accident happened at the Academy. A werewolf under her mother and father's supervision got out and disappeared. Her family went into lock down as a precaution but as a few weeks passed and nothing happened, her mother and father let their guard down. That had been what the werewolf had wanted, he attacked them when they went to check up on Freya, killing her mother before being killed himself by her father. Freya and her father were both rocked by her murder. Her father withdrew into his work, searching for a way to keep his daughter safe from her mother's fate. He thought the only option was to change her so she could better defend herself. So he put his daughter in as a subject under a fake identity that he worked months to create. He kidnapped his daughter and put her under the tests.
She remembered the pain of her body being forced to change but under her father's supervision, she became stable. It took her a week to fully recover, which her father claimed was a bad cold mixed with the depression of her mother's death to her school. When he completed tests he destroyed all evidence of her being there and returned his daughter to her old life.
Since returning, she has used her new gifts not to keep herself safe, but to hunt the creatures who took her mother from her. In her mind, her mother had only done what was best and had never harmed the werewolf who cruelly took her life. Until someone can break that delusion she will hunt those beasts that took her mother.
