The Wall

This marks the edge of Liba City. The huge wall is roughly 100 ft tall, and graffiti, murals, and spray paint decorates the huge white wall. The wall is a frequent hang out for artists and trouble makers, as it signifies the literal edge of society. Many go missing here, and strange things happen here all the time.
