Ghetto Housing

The poorest residents of Liba live here. Kids run around on the streets, and the old houses are worthless compared to the houses in the North Eastern Neighborhood. The run-down homes have peeling paint, cracked and dirty windows, screen doors, and not the prettiest lawns. There are some slightly nicer areas within this place, but this is mostly the home of criminals and beggars.
