Most of the businesses in this area are only open at night. Night clubs, bars, and casinos are what you can find in this area. People can stand around on the sidewalks outside and chat, but those who get in fights will be escorted home by the cops rather swiftly. This is for the big kids only, although the only age restriction is that you have to be at least 13 to enter and 18 to drink.
