It was so confusing there, the pattern that they chose and the colors just didn’t fit together. They sort of made Zelda dizzy, she ignored the feeling and walked forward behind Haru and Nancy. Zelda followed them into a room full of different scenery and weapons. Many of the test subjects were fighting each other or doing hand to hand combat. While others, were planning something in the corner. Zelda watched as each of the windows had different landscaping and they would help with combat at any place. Zelda knew that she needed to fight and she was quite excited to do so. “Oh, that was an illusion by the way. Sure what time do you want to start training?” she said just enough for Milo to hear. So he knew that she was going to learn how to fight with Haru. But Zelda wasn’t going to tell Lida.
Lida would freak. She had a a habit of over reacting. Zeld didn’t even want to imagine what would happen if she told Lida about what actually happened to her parents and what she saw. In fact Zelda could probably even show Lida what actually happened. But she wasn’t ready to commit to that. It would just be a huge mess for her. And Lida would probably baby her for weeks. All the sudden Zelda thought of something, Milo was supposedly her father right now. But hes also her brother. She chuckled quitly at the thought and started to follow Nancy around the training center. Drowning out Her endless chatter with her own thoughts. But in reality, it's quite strange. |

Milo smirked, so she was going to be training? he listened intently for what Haru said next. Listening for the details of one his child would be off training to kill people. He wasn't even phased by the idea that his daughter would need to know how to kill people. They were demons, and for them, it was eat or be eaten. It would be a good thing, he wasn't worried at all. Haru looked around, as if going over his plans. "I get out of my classes at about two-thirty in the afternoon. I could meet up with you here at about 3 pm or anytime after that, since it gives us time to get ready." Haru sounded so responsible, planning ahead like that. Nancy was off in la-la land still talking.
Nancy would continue talking, describing how this is where a lot of the major surgeries also happened, and that the infirmary and nurses offices were here as well. Milo would most be likely working here a lot. Milo would remember that, and his thoughts would drift over all the work he was going to be doing soon. After a while they were on their way out, and entering an elevator yet again. Nancy was quiet now. The elevator went down, and then rolled to a stop. She led the way out, still quiet, it was actually kind of creepy. Finally, Nancy started talking again as she led the way. "This is the deepest floor, where all the..." the woman paused, not really sure what to call them. They were prisoners really, but she wasn't going to say that. She wasn't Haru would. He had a personal distaste for this place, and wasn't afraid to show his malice, even though he should be. "Where they lock up all the innocent monsters they catch, and keep them as lab samples." Haru said it at a decent volume, and very clearly... Nancy didn't say anything after all, but it seemed like Haru had just said something he wasn't really supposed to. Milo turned his head and glanced at the young boy... He wondered if it was a good or bad thing he spoke out like that. Milo could tell easily that it wasn't supposed to be said, but was speaking the truth in these circumstances always a good thing?

Zelda nodded as Haru spoke," Ok, lets meet up here around four then. And where are the classes, I think Ill start going tomorrow?" said Zelda. She didnt want to behomeschooled by Lida at the moment. She espiecly didnt want to go through s*x ed with Lida. Or Milo that would just be awkward. She was just going to go to school with the others. She followed Nancy and Milo down the hall and suddenly the passed this strange area wwith alot of cells. Nancy cut off her sentence when suddenly Haru spoke. They kept people down there as......prisoners. Zeldas eyes went huge and she gave Milo a questioning look. What in the hell did Lida get them into.
They were in the place where, they kept prosoners? And these people were fine with it?!?! Zelda looked a little shocked at Haru and than at Nancy unsure of what to say so she just kept her mouth shut. There is no way that this is normal. SHe wondered if Lida knew, she wondered if Lida cared. She than wondered how big the SRA is and what they did to all of these people. They probably had to go through countless surgeries. She was a little bewlidred by this and than decided to just ignore it now and than talk to Milo and Lida about it later.

Haru nodded in agreement with Zelda when she told him she would meet him here at four o'clock. He then answered her little question about where the classes were. It wouldn't be a good idea to wander around here looking for something. You might end up permanently lost... Anywho, he would answer the question, "The classes are on the fifth and lowest floor, we're going there next time we get in an elevator." He thought that was a good enough answer. It was straight to the point, and only as specific as it had to be.
They would continue on towards the cells. Haru's little outburst earned a a bit of shock from Zelda, who looked at her father for answers. Milo caught the look on Zelda's face and smiled, it was sort of cute this sort of thing worried her so much. Milo was a very old demon, though he didn't look it, and hardly acted like it... He had lived through more wars than anyone could count, and outlived billions of people. the lives of other species meant very little to both him and Lida. Lida had a history of killing humans for sport in fact. These newly born demons, any of them under five centuries in age, were so soft. This technology that forced demons into hiding had tamed many of them. However there were still the old demons around, the ones smart enough to survive for millenniums... They were strong, smart... and well, bored. This was Lida's cure for boredom; hair-brained, crazy, and usually cruel entertainment usually did the trick.
Nancy coughed, and led the way away from this area. They would get back onto the elevator and she would finally start talking again. Without her voice ringing out every other second it seemed eerily quiet on this tour. "Just one more floor, the fifth! That's where little Haru and Zelda will spend a lot of time. the classrooms, art room, music room, work shop and crafts area, library and H20 training facilities are all down there. It's easily the largest floor in the building." she would go on into boring, specific details that Milo was likely to be the only one paying attention to. His tedious fact filing was what kept them out of real trouble. Lida was so spontaneous she would simply jump into situations, while Milo managed to think their way out. It was a good thing the Night family had Milo around, he was the one to get all the important stuff done.
The elevator would continue up, and drop them off in another white hallway. Only these hallways split off into many directions, and there were WAY more doors in these halls. Each door had a label above it, and classrooms lined this specific hallway, which branched off to other areas with other things. Haru spent a lot of his time here, simply because he was a student here, and hated being at home anyways. Haru suggested something to Zelda, "You could tag around with me during school until you get your schedule if you want. I start at about seven-thirty a.m." And so, Haru invited her into another thing. It was actually rather nice of him, since he usually didn't socialize much with anyone. Now he was suggesting running all over the building tomorrow with Zelda...

Zelda, followed Nancy around. She coughed a bit after Haru's outburst, and awkwardly walked to a elevator. She than started chatting again and Zelda slightly heard that his was the classroom area. She slided into the elevator next to Haru and Milo while Nancy stood right by the door. Milo looked a little intruiged to see these rooms. As the door opened Zelda saw some students doing work through the windows of different classrooms. She could tell which was the art and music room. Zelda was a little excited for music. She wanted to learn how to play the piano ever since first saw one with Lida and Milo walking throught town. Suddenly Haru asked Zelda to show her the different classes and etc. Zelda smiled excitedly,"Sure, do you take music?" asked Zelda. She was so excited to go to school with other students. And actually learn. Lida and Milo have taught her a fe wthings but that didnt really help with Zeldas ability to socialize. She still didnt trust people whens he wasnt with Lida or Milo. She probably would never have or will.

Haru got a positive reply from Zelda. So she would be tagging along with him soon. She went on to ask if he took music... He actually didn't. "No, but I know people who do. There are some good musicians here actually..." Haru went off into his thoughts for a moment. Nancy kept blathering, and Milo was probably the only one paying attention again. Soon Nancy would be out of things to say though... This was the final floor. "Well, that's it then. All done, anyone have questions I didn't cover?" Nancy said at last. A smile on her face, Haru raised his hand with a mischievous smirk on his face, but Nancy just reached over and thumped him on the head. "Not you big-mouth." It was interesting that she would calm him that, since he wasn't that talkative. It seemed like when he did talk though, that his statements were definitely noticed. Milo found the young boy quite amusing.
"Thank you for that insightful tour Mrs.Alloy. I'll be sure to pass on all that information to my wife. Unless you might have the time sometime to show her around as well? I'm sure she would love it if you did." Milo said with a pleasant expression. It should have been obvious to the kids that he was just planning on sending his wife on this tortuous tour later. Milo looked at Zelda, his smile somewhat mischievous. The night family seemed to have a habit of pulling pranks on each other. Haru caught that, and found it quite funny. Nancy was altogether flattered, having no idea she would be a torture device for them. "Oh sure! Whenever she gets the chance to, I'd be happy to show her around too." Nancy said. Then she looked at her watch and tsked. "But I'm really needed somewhere now. I'm sorry but I should go now. Have a nice day, both of you! Oh and Haru, behave yourself." With that Nancy waved and walked off in her own direction. Haru watched her go and sighed, "Finally..." He smirked and looked at Zelda. Milo figured he should probably get back to the apartment before Lida turned it into too much of a mess. It was a joke to think Lida would do even a half way decent job of unpacking.
"Zelda did you want to hang out with your new friend? I have to make sure your mother isn't tearing the apartment to pieces." Milo offered. He trusted these two, to get into trouble stay out of trouble. Haru didn't mind having Zelda tag along with him for a bit longer. He would have ended up by himself reading in the library anyways...

Zelda said "Thank you Mrs. Alloy." giving a small curtsey. She sighed finally the tour was over and than Milo offered to see if Nancy would take Lida on the tour. Zelda got his smirk and smirked back. Lida would either hate Nancy or they are going to become bestfriends. They are so similar. She than said" Sure why not." said Zelda watching Nancy tell Haru to behave. Zelda backstepped a little and took a peek into the music room listening to what Haru said about it. "Thats good, Ive always wanted to be able to play the piano." said Zelda.
Zelda watched the musicians play a song in perfect harmony. It seemed so beautiful. And Zelda was only interested in this type of art. She didnt care uch for drawing was hard to figure out what to draw. Reading was interesting she did read alot but she hated to write. Why should she write if she could just show a person what she wants to tell in a story.
