Takane Shinjou The Words: Nope The Tags:Daimon Notes: Sorry it's so short and lame! A late night had ensued yet again in this room that had become a solace. There were no lights but by a very small lamp that sat atop the piano. There was no music, but papers scattered all around the piano as a pencil scribbled angrily away upon the waning paper. Takane sat beside his giant teddy bear plush which brought him a bit of childish comfort. His twin had given it to him, so it was understandable that the large creature rested against him. He carefully played the keys again, but was again frustrated with the sound, as it was not how it should sound. It was hard to believe how clearly he could hear it in his head. But he could do nothing about this, and so he stuck the pencil in his mouth, Fangs protruding in the dim light. Takane turned his head towards his pale plush and wrapped his arms around it's soft fur with a sigh. Burying his face into it and inhaling the remnants of his sibling's scent. His heart tugged as he pushed away from it to work on his song again.
There was no time to reminisce. He sighed softly again as he looked down at his arm. He'd pulled his sleeves up littered with scars, but one was bandaged and stitched. There was still a dull ache, but at least he'd stopped a lighting fixture from injuring someone else. The pain from the glass was well worth the sentimental meaning. Takane smiled softly as his breath hitched in his throat. No, this was no time nor the place to become emotional. Takane replaced his fingers on the keys of the piano, playing incredibly softly the lullaby he'd written for his twin. It would've been hard for anyone to hear just walking down the hall, as he was not using the foot pedals nor were the notes sustaining. Takane watched his scarred arms move in parallel to a small portion of the 88 keys. He sighed again, dropping his hands and staring blankly at the wall across from him. It was roughly 3 in the morning, and he'd made a mess of things at the piano here. Takane curled his bandaged arm around his large teddy bear again, taking a break from writing his music. It was far too frustrating at this time of night. |

Damion creeped through the Scarlet Rose gathering info for the MnM. He melted through the walls as quiet as a mouse. He crept through invisible sneaking past everyroom or so. Which were empty because of how late it was. Damion had many screts to tell yet none o them were really out there. He was sort of quiet to and it was hard for him to interact with others. He still wore a mask to hide his identity ad such. Technically to the world he was dead. It took a great sacrifice for that to occur. He wore his jacket with the hood up incase someone caught a small glimpse of him wiith out Damion noticing.
Damion than melted into a room to see a man with brown hair hunched over a piano. The man wore glasses and was scratching down something on a peice of paper. Next to him was a teddybear which Damion thought a little strange for a man of his age. He than lifted his sleeve to reveal a line of scars. Damion knew this is what normal people did when they got depressed. Damion wasnt normal though so he didnt get emotions as well as others. Its been years since hes had a conversation with someone. When he delivers info to the MnM he just writes it ll down in a text message and sends it to Ace. Suddenly the man started to play, Damion to a silent sigh when he started. The song was slow and beautiful like some of chopins or mozarts work. It half reminded Damion of one of his favorite piano peices called Sonata for piano number 14 by Beethoven. Than the man stopped and sighed obviously getting ready to leave.

Takane Shinjou The Words: Nope The Tags:Daimon Notes: Sorry it's so short and lame! Takane wound up staring at the unfinished sheet music. Instead of allowing it to sit there he slapped it from it's position on the piano onto the floor with the others. It was time to just play songs he actually knew for now. He as none the wiser at first to any presence so he didn't have a qualm about what he did in technical privacy. Takane actually pulled the large teddy bear closer to him before he placed his hands on the keys. None the wiser to the presence in the room just yet. His fingers danced over the familiar keys in almost perfection of the memorized song. Takane smiled softly, first starting out humming carefully. But he found himself singing a few of the lines of the lyrics, until he finally noticed he was no longer alone. The keys ceased to create a their beautiful notes, and his voice ceased to make any noise in contrast. Takane's form turned slowly, but saw nothing. It unnerved him incredibly, having himself deprived of a sense as he hurriedly pulled down his sleeves. The tall male was not violent, but rather frightened. He tried desperately to find the source of this scent. But to no avail. Who's there? You're scent is everywhere."
Takane's form rose from the bench, revealing that he was actually quite tall himself. It was incredibly childish of him, but he picked up his large teddy bear and hugged it close to his side. It easily was longer than his torso, and adorn a large red ribbon on it, with a card attached with something written on it. Takane dared take a few steps towards the door, ducking his head to try and see the person. Still to no avail, his heart rate spiked, and his guard shot up immediately. There wasn't any thing like monsters and demons besides these creatures that walked the earth. The demons weren't those foretold in the stories to scare children. Takane's eyes had heavy bags beneath them, but he made no aggressive advances, but the whole situation was incredibly unnerving. Would this demon just flee having been discovered? Takane was suddenly very embarrassed, he never let anyone willingly hear him sing. Let alone play that song, his face flushed from a very pale to a very dark red. He dropped his head and fell back onto the bench upon retreat. What did it matter if this demon ran away? "It's incredibly rude to intrude on a person like that, sneaking around the halls and the like." Takane was holding his forehead and staring at the floor, clutching his teddy bear like a frightened child. |

Damion froze when he heard the man speak out loooking around the room for him. Damion sighed and slowly revealed him self and than went out of his demon form at the same time. He was at his normal height which turned out he was the same height as the man. and was even the smae shape as him to. Damion sat there silently in his mask. He let his hood down to show his blue hair becuase it was too warm for him at the moment. But he dared not take of his mask. Which concealed his true features which even he hasnt seen for years. Hes never taken of the mask ever since it was given to him. In fact this is one of the rare times he revealed himself. you could see his eyes through the mask. "Im sorry for intruding." said Damion quietly looking down at the man cowering with his teddybear. You could barely hear him but at the moment that was the loudest he could speak. He just wasnt used to speaking. He looked at the man infront of him a little afraid of hi since he was a vampire. He was truely afraid of new people it kind of scared for him to talk to others since he is trying to keep his identity a secret.

Takane Shinjou The Words: Nope The Tags:Daimon Notes: Sorry it's so short and lame! Takane jumped slightly as the man suddenly appeared. Actually, what more surprised him was the exactness of their height and shapes. Takane's eyes were focused on the mask and the blue eyes. What an unusual person, creeping around and wearing a mask. He set his Teddy bear back on the bench behind him as he began picking up his papers. Suddenly feeling very self conscious of the mess he made. But this was what he always did. Okay, only some of the time. He quickly shoved all his papers in a folder as the other boy spoke softly. Takane was only able to hear it because of heightened senses. At least he was glad there were not hostile advances towards him. The tall male sat back up and slapped the folder atop the piano as he turned around. Still a bit unnerved by the whole situation, he found himself crossing his legs and looking away. Takane's glasses rode low on his face, so he pushed them up eventually as it irritated him. "It's alright... But why are you sneaking around here at this time of night? It's not like anyone would notice you anyway. You do realize that it's approximately 3 in the morning don't you?" Takane didn't sound angry at all, but he was a bit quiet himself. Still the only light in the room was the lamp, and made it relatively hard to see if you were human.
Takane glanced up again finally, the mask definitely creeped him out, probably more than the whole appearing out of thin air thing. He pulled his teddy bear into his lap as he watched this demon. "You can come sit down if you'd like... I know this is probably pretty stupid to say, but I really don't bite." Takane smirked faintly at that. He knew what it was like to be socially awkward, but that didn't stop him from being very kind to people. Takane wasn't violent as a person at all, so why would he be upset? |

Damion awkwardly sat down next to the man and replied,"Well if you promise not to report me to the gaurds. Im a spy for a gang." said Damion in a whisper. He shyly looked up through his mask at the man sitting nest to him. He hadnt sat next to anyone or been this close to a person in years. He shuddered at the fact of that this was his first actual human contact hes had in over a hundred years. Actually it was the first time someone aw his actual eyes and hairs. Which were a shocking blue. Infact its been years since even the man who employed him has seen him. Well the funny thing no one knows who he actually is. His really persananlity. In fact he didnt even know it. He was just confused about his social life in general.
His parents called him cute but he thought all parents called theres kids that so he just passed that on. The only people who actually saw him smile was his parents. Ever since the accident he hasnt smiled at all. Which is over a hundred years. He hasnt laughed ever since they started getting hunted down which is most of his life. He just wasnt as social as a normal person.

Takane barely noticed how quickly the other male was at his side. It stunned him to be totally honest. This guy smelled like the outside world, something he hadn't been to in awhile again. Takane dropped his harm foolishly, bumping it in the wrong place, gasping slightly at the sudden pain. He just remained looking away from the other boy. Report him to the guards, a spy for a gang? Well at least he could disappear into thin air and all that, but Takane wasn't going to report him. To each their own after all. Takane could feel himself smile faintly, no he couldn't ruin anyone else's life if he tried to. "I'm not that type of person. But you don't know that... So I won't do anything like that. Do you think I'd be up here at 3 in the morning if I liked dealing with those people?"
Takane made a good point. Who wanted to deal with the overbearing authority breathing down your neck. Given he was one of the most cooperative subjects in the place that didn't matter to them. Takane clutched his bear tighter to his chest as he stared at the floor. "So you're a spy? That must be lonely and dangerous..." Takane didn't really know what else to say, he wasn't really responding with emotion. The scent of his brother was distracting him. It was always hard to focus, it was a rare thing for him to remove this bear from his room now. But it was also the reason he kept going and living on, the last thing he could remember, of the last time he'd been human.

Damion looked at the man curiosly. He obvioulsy was a little weirded out by Damion. Well as far as Damion could tell. He wasnt a good judge on emotions as far as he could tell. "Oh Ive always been alone. In fact this is the longest conversation Ive had in years. Ive been Invisible for most of my life. You are on of the few people who has actually seen me." whispered Damion tired of hiding it all. Maybe this guy will be his first ever friend thought Damion. A small smirk the was hidden behind his mask.
He had always wanted friends or restart but hes been to shy about it. Infact he always freaked out when he was out of his invisible form. Although this was a first that hes been out of it for awhile. Although being invisible was more comfortable for him it was nice to finally have a person see him. Not even animals realise hes there and he loves to see animals. Especially butterflys because everyone see thems and is taken away. He also loved anything that flys. Although it wasnt as manly as most people would ay. He just didnt care. They mde him have hope of making friends.

How lucky this boy was, to be invisible. Takane wished he could've floated through life alone and invisible, but he realized he was by far already extremely alone. Still staring at the floor with a distracted smile, idly playing with the fur on his bear. "That's very lucky, to be invisible. At least whenever you choose to be, to be alone is really a gift.... But I've been alone these past two years." Takane's mind drifted again. He began speaking softly, entranced by the darkness and the floor. Memories slamming through his body at an alarming rate. The scent made it overwhelming, how could he be such a selfish person? It was like a movie, those old home movies you saw, was on repeat through his mind. Takane quickly found a distraction, biting down forcefully on his index finger as his body resorted to focus on the pain as usual.
Takane could smell his blood dripping down the side of his finger, and removed his fang. He'd left quite the nasty new wound on himself. Really he had to stop doing this to himself, but no one really scolded him for it. Even his colleague hadn't. Takane actually became a bit interested as he watched it slip onto the floor. What a messy person he was. Not to mention, probably scaring the poor boy sitting next to him. "I'm sorry, I'm an incredibly selfish person.... You probably don't want to see something like this..." Takane had turned to force a smile at the other boy. But it dropped quickly and a sadness lingered in his eyes as he dropped his gaze again.

Damion sighed thinking about how being invisible ruined his life. "You wouldnt know the feeling of being ignored by everyone and everything. Ive never had friends. Ive watched my parents die because of it. Ive watched others have a life that Ive been to nervous to try. No one should have to watch others have friends and such grow and dissapear right infront of you." said Damion looking down. He hated being alone. It scared him that he might even lose himself in it. "I dont even know myself." whispered Damion looking at the ground hunched over. The man couldnt even see the tear go down his cheek. He had no idea what it was like to lose your whole entire life. Never had a friend a family member anything. He doesnt even remember wht his parents were like.
It hurt him to watch children laugh and play and he was afraidof showing himself. Infact he didnt even know what a friend was technically hes never even had one. Behing wallowed up by fear caused him to hide himself from everyone. He also believed he was ugly which caused him to keep his mask on even more. He just was perfect in his mind he was so innocent from the real world.

How lucky this boy was, to be invisible. Takane listened carefully to the boy speaking. It was an interesting concept, but that's what he'd always wished for. Takane could also understand the want to be noticed when you were always invisible. But it went both ways. Takane did understand but he didn't want to entirely let on. "I wouldn't hesitate to trade places with you. I've always wished to disappear, just let go and become invisible. Being noticed isn't always the best thing... Sometimes it's incredibly painful. But I don't think you should worry about knowing yourself... no body really does anyway."
Takane held out his hand, pointing his finger as if pointing at something. But really he was fascinated by this thing inside of him. His hand lit oddly by the dim light, but he watched again as the blood dripped from his finger, entranced by it. Same as the sound of it hitting the floor. Takane canted his head faintly with a curious look. Why was he so compelled to watch this? Was it these cursed instincts they'd given him? Who really knew with test subjects anyway...

Damion sighed tired of this subject. The guy didnt understand his life and he didnt understand the other guys life. "O, we have' not introduced eachother yet. Im Damion Viel." said Damion. "Ok lets get to know eachother." said Damion unsure if thats the right thing to say. "Whats your favorites? Like you favorite animal or color." said Damion. Hoping this is how normal people make friends. He than decided to do something he hadnt done for as long as he hasnt smiled. He took of his mask. He had a large eyes for a guy but they didnt bulge out. He had a alightly pointed chins with a thin face. He was rather skinny because he never learned how to eat healthy. His eyes had thick lashes and his eyebrows were as blue as his hair. He stood a little awkwardly, and than said,"I think I might become a docter here. Or be a test subjects. Because Im currently supposed to gather information about this place and I believe I do look like a test subject." said Damion. A little excited for starting a new life.

How lucky this boy was, to be invisible. Takane found this boy a bit childish, and it actually made him smile faintly. He introduced himself as Daimon Veil, what an unusual name. It was something Takane actually found a bit of a unique characteristic, besides the demon invisibility thing. "I'm Takane Shinjou.... As for favorites, I'm not sure on animal.. I'd probably have to say dogs, and then for colour probably blue or red... What about you?" Takane withdrew his hand finally as it ceased dripping on the floor. He'd have to clean that up as well. He could honestly say he didn't mind the laid back nature of this conversation. Takane didn't feel pressured in this situation and he'd been feeling that as of late. As he was studying now to be a scientist here. Tired of the old test subject routine, but he'd still comply with them if they wished to do further testing.
Takane actually became a bit upset when Daimon mentioned contemplating becoming a test subject here. He could deal with scientist, but not test subject. Takane's posture immediately responded into a rigid form. Obviously uncomfortable and displeased with something. "If you do anything, don't put yourself through the horrors of being a test subject. Don't tie yourself down and take away your own freedom, doing things like that makes a person slowly begin to hate themselves. If you do anything with this place, become a scientist, it's much easier than dealing with the painful things they do to you in the labs." Takane spoke angrily almost. He regretted his decision as a test subject, but as well he wasn't thinking clearly at that time. Who could blame him?

Damion gave him a look and than thought of what its like to be a scientist. Actually he had a even better idea. This place was sort of a school of sorts. So he could be a teacher. "How about I be a teacher for some of the younger test subjects." said damion thinking aloud. He would rather do that than see the horrors of the doctors or live the horrors as a test subject. "Lets see m favorite color is blue, and Ive never actually met a pet so I wouldnt know." said Damion smiling. He was hoping he could have a freind finally.
Damion all the sudden heard a rustle coming down the halls of several pair of feet. He put up his hood, and put on his mask. "Well, I will be gone." said Damion vanishing in thin air and escaping through the back of the wall and slowly jumping from floor to floor to the poisened land above. He smirked and suddenly went into town jummping from building to building. Suddenly stopping on top of a enormous building with a million tailored suits and breifcases. He smirked and melted through the ceiling into the shop. He imedietly got to work and picked out seven suits and two pairs of shoes. He also picked out some more casual clothes and a suitcase. He than stold a laptop from one of the offices and he already had a cellphone so he was good.
For his outfit the next morning he wore black slacks and a blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up and two buttons undone at the top. A sort of relaxed look for his interview. He walked into the room acting calm and shook the mans hand firmly. he went through the interview with flying colors and was told to start that very day. He was the new science teacher for the SRA.
