Axel Morose was a test subject, with quite a record. He had been successfully completing missions for over a year now. So when a problem came up, and he was available, it was obvious he would be sent out onto the job. It had been early in the morning when he was sent out, and it took him a while to navigate the city to find his target. He would have had him right there that morning, but a paper boy caused Axel to miss his chance. Now Axel was standing in an alley looking at the problem navigate through the market.
Recently, a certain author had been writing certain books. Those books weren't particularly popular, and they were only recently published. However, these books were receiving a lot of attention, not from the public, but from the government. These particular books contained a story that was too similar to some classified operations going on in secret facilities that the general public knew nothing about. Not even a hint of this classified information was allowed to get out. So now, the author and the books would be put to an immediate stop. After this mission, it would be problem solved.
Axel had been given his orders. Search and secure the author Ryota Haruka. He was a minor threat to the national security, but a threat was a threat. Axel had to get rid of that threat. No, they wouldn't kill him, they needed to get some answers before they decided what to do with him later on. Axel simply had to find the man, and bring him in. So Axel had been following the man all morning, and had waited for this opportunity. When Ryota was finally alone, and could be captured. This was his chance...
They were now in the Market, and apparently Ryota was going somewhere. Axel was waiting for Ryota to either get into a very crowded area, or come into one of these alleys. It would be easier in the alley, since it meant Axel wouldn't have to do any sniping. Axel had been shadowing the man all day, staying undetectable to the mere human. It was really too easy, it was soon going to be boring if he didn't do this now. So, here he was, watching Ryota from the shadows, waiting for his moment to strike.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 140px;] Axel 5 0 5 It's fine, I actually thought your post was amazing | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 290px; background-image: url(http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/h424/Shade066/Random/abg049.png);] Mr. Ryota Haruka was on his way to work. Well, his second job, really. He personally took his writing more seriously and considered that as his ‘first’ job. His ‘second’ job was at a clinic as a massage therapist. He loved helping others feel relaxed; in fact, to see them relaxed made him feel the same, and it was just wonderful. Currently, he was wearing his usual attire; well, something similar to it. It was a pink kimono with a darker shaded obi and traditional Japanese sandals. Needless to say, Ryota enjoyed keeping his culture intact. Well, as much as possible considering the cultures have been faded and redefined many times throughout history. Still, at this point in time he continued to walk towards the clinic. He enjoyed helping the environment one step at a time.... Literally. He usually walked whenever and to wherever he could to help reduce pollution in the area.
On his way, he stopped by a store at the marketplace. He smiled happily towards the clerk behind the register. ”What an attractive face.” He couldn’t help but to think to himself. Unfortunately, he was aware enough to recall that he didn’t have enough time to socialize... He had to get to work. So, he ordered something in a small brown paper bag, thanked the employee, turned from the store and exited. He smiled happily as he walked out from the store, nearly tempted to start skipping. Instead, he held the brown paper bag up and pulled something out. It was something horrific. Something that no man could dream of. Okay, I’m exaggerating.. It was a donut. A round one with a hole in the middle; it had white frosting and pretty pink sprinkles.
Ryota smiled happily as he walked along with it in his hand. He ended up disposing of the brown paper bag and walking along with the donut. After mindlessly staring it down like some sort of animal, he took a bite from it and smiled widely. ”This donut is soo good!!” This had probably just made his day. Ryota loved sweets, and this donut was just... Words couldn’t describe what was going on. It was like some sort of bliss.. Like the entire world’s problems could be solved by this one and only delicious donut.... Anyways, as Ryota continued to walk along, he would soon turn at a dark ally. He wasn’t worried about being stabbed here or anything; he took this route to work every single day; what were the chances of something happening today out of any other? Ryota estimated that it wasn’t going to be high, so he just continued to walk through the darkness, only the sounds of his sandals pattering on the uneven pavement could be heard... Oh, and his eating.. Not to mention his humming. It was a cheery tune; he wasn’t sure where it was from, but it always made him happy to hum this tune as he walked along on his own...

Axel watched as the target progressed. The author now held a doughnut, and Axel watched as the author went through the process of taking a bite of his snack. Axel had no real interest in the doughnut, but the author seemed to enjoy it. Axel wasn't a fan of any of those sweet foods they sold in bakeries, not anymore at least. They had been fine when he was a kid, but now they had lost their appeal. He had recently been eating a lot of vegetables, but that was just because he was stealing them from his girlfriend who happened to have a cute face when he stole her food. So he had been stealing a lot of carrots lately.
Axel watched as Ryota continued to walk along. Surprisingly, the author walked right into a dark alley. Axel saw this, and took his chance to take action. Axel soon found himself at the end of the alley before even Ryota had gotten that far in, but Axel had taken the long way around to intercept the target. It was helpful to have vampiric speed at times like this. Axel walked towards the man, whom he could clearly see with his superhuman eyesight, as he listened to an annoying cheery song being hummed.
It wouldn't be long before Axel stood just a few feet from the man approaching. Axel's white hair was a bit odd, but considering he was a teenager it could be dismissed as some random fashion statement. He stopped in front of the man, and quickly pulled out his gun. No, it wasn't a gun with bullets. Instead there was a different ammo in the magazine, this ammo would penetrate the clothes and skin yes, but it wouldn't go deep and would release a chemical compound which would result in the target being K.O.ed...
And so, he would commence to simply shoot the target. There was no worry about missing the shot. They were at such a short distance, and Axel was very familiar with guns. The shot would hit him in the shoulder, and Axel could be it would hurt for a moment, before everything would go dark for this target. That was how it worked, or was supposed to work. The man was likely to fall to the ground once he became unconscious, so Axel quickly went to him before he could fall to the ground and possibly get an injury.
After that, Axel would follow out with procedure. Radioing in that he had completed his mission, and request a pickup. A hover car would appear, and after that, it was goodbye Liba. Axel, Ryota, and the crew on the hover car would be back to the SRA within the next thirty minutes. Another fifteen minutes later, Ryota would find himself in a brightly lit white room, handcuffed, and restrained in a chair. By this time, the tranquilizer should have worn off, but if it wasn't by the time the person assigned to interrogating him came in, he would find himself getting a rude awakening. Axel was gone now, off training probably, or maybe relaxing. It was the job of some other person to do the dirty work now.
A girl small in stature would be given directions. She was to go into the interrogation room, and pry every detail this man knew about classified information out of him. The girl, small in both height and weight, with long gray hair, and big blue eyes, seemed harmless. She usually tried to get her information the nice way, playing the good cop. After a while though, it would be time to move on to more... convincing tactics.
Cecile tiptoed into the room, tightly shutting the door behind her. There were no visible cameras or microphones in the room, but they were surely being watched. Cecile wore a short black and white dress, with her hair pulled back in pigtails. She wore white socks that came up to her knees, and cute black flats. The girl turned and faced him, looking quite innocent. "Hello Mr.Haruka. Sorry if they scared you, its just that we needed you here as fast as possible, and we couldn't take no as an answer. Are you comfortable enough?" It probably seemed pretty weird. Waking up in a white room, with harsh artificial lights, and having some kid walk in and ask if you were comfortable. Cecile was just trying to be nice, trying to coax out the answers before she was forced to pry them out.

He smiled towards the young looking man with white hair. Whether he was an albino or a teenager making a fashion statement; it was needless to say that Ryota was attracted to this sort of thing. It looked lovely on the young man anyways. Little did Ryota know; this young man didn’t want to have short small talk. Before Ryota was able to walk by, or say anything; he stopped in front of him and held out a gun. Ryota froze for a few moments. Shoot. Maybe he should have just taken the long way instead? He put his hands up in the air like someone would if they were being arrested... Although, he still didn’t drop the donut. This was obviously a bad reflex of his. He felt a sharp pain for a couple of moments before he would collapse. Well, at least he thought he had collapsed before his whole world turned black. He fell right into the young man’s arms as he went to catch him. It was a good thing Ryota wasn’t gaining any weight from the sweets or else the young man would have had a difficult time with this. Soon, they were both taken away by a hover car to a mysterious underground facility which Ryota would recognize a lot more than he may imagine...
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
It was bright. Too bright. Annoyingly bright. SOMEONE TURN OFF THOSE STUPID LIGHTS!! As Ryota stirred awake, he tried to bring a hand up to rub his eyes, but then he noticed that they were cuffed to the chair he was sitting on. He looked around, checking out his surroundings. A painfully white room with bright lights... Ouch. He only saw this sort of thing on movies; what was going on here? It wasn’t long before a young looking girl walked into the room and presented that she knew his name, only to ask if he was comfortable. He stared at the girl for a few moments before giving her a wide smile. ”Aren’t you just the cutest thing.” She was simply adorable. ”Now that you mention it; would it be possible to dim the lights just a little?” He asked with a kind smile still presented upon his face. He liked this girl. And he liked where this might be going. Well, at least he hoped he would like it. ”What’s your name, sweetheart?” He had tendencies to work fast with this sort of thing; and hopefully this darling young lady would answer his question; she was so cute, and there were so many... Well, I think you see where I’m going with this.
Meanwhile, in another room, Dr. Alzeid Levisque had taken a seat to watch the screen. He was one of the people picked to watch this interrogation. Speaking of the screen, it was divided into six sections; a different angle of the interrogation in each. He was beginning to wonder what the point in all of this was; it really didn’t seem important for him to be there, but he was kind of stuck at the moment. Along with him were a few of the werewolf guards making sure that the interrogator will be doing her job; and along with that was Dr. Peter Connel who had to stick around as well to report to a higher power about what Mr. Haruka actually knew about this situation. A book that the man wrote had a few things similar to the Scarlet Rose Academy, so it had received quite a bit of attention from the government; now, to stop the books from being created; they decided to interrogate, and possibly kill the author. Well, they might not kill him... Then again, it wouldn’t make too much of a different to Alzeid.. If they killed the man; it would just be less work for him which he was all in favour for since he was supposed to be his ‘doctor’ here.

Cecile smiled, this guy seemed so nice. He couldn't possibly be a hard nut to crack. She smiled and nodded, touching the wall and pulling up a small cover and touching something. The lights would dim a bit, and soon it was a much better lighting. Personally, Cecile had to agree that those lights were a pest. She would turn them up even more then they were on before if he refused to comply though. Harsh lights were helpful for torturing she had learned. The man would go on to ask what her name was, she turned to him and smiled. This facade was easy for her, she had done it so many times now since she came here. "I'm Cecile. I just had some questions for you today... It's very important that I get good answers. Otherwise bad things might happen. You understand right?"
The girl smiled at him, stepping closer to him. She was aware that she was being watched. It always terrified her really, you wouldn't be able to tell that she was freaking out though. Her acting was perfect, she seemed so content at the moment, but she was really fretting about the spectators. She knew some of them would be werewolves, and that terrified her. She could easily wind up in just as much trouble as Ryota was currently in if she screwed this up.
Outside, Dr.Connel and Dr.Levisque would be two of the handful of spectators. There were werewolves among them, and the guards down at the security surveillance room. Dr.Connel didn't mind being here. This was work, and he enjoyed work. Of course, his work was what made him hate himself for the grand majority of every second of his life since he became a widow, but it was also a distraction. Like the alcohol, it at least distracted him and gave him something to do. He was more sober then he would like to be at the moment, since he figured he would need to be focused for this. However, this was probably going to be a depressing and boring performance.
Peter sat in a chair a few inches to the right of Alzeid. There was a rumor that they were brothers... That was true. Of course they didn't really act like anything more than co-workers for the majority of the time. Peter could see that their screen was split into sections that showed many angles of what was going on inside the interrogation room. Peter couldn't help but think that this author was some sort of weirdo. The author had already called his interrogator "the cutest thing" and "Sweetheart"... Usually, they weren't so happy-go-lucky when they woke up in a white room and some stranger appearing before them randomly. Peter probably wouldn't have been so friendly...
The girl had smiled and approached him after dimming the lights. She sat down in front of him, sitting properly in her dress as a little lady should. She continued smiling, and tilted her head onto her shoulder as she looked up at him. "I've been told your an author, is that correct?" She began smoothly. She would take this bit by bit, getting answers to questions that were simple, and working her way up to see what important information she could get from him. All while being scared to deaths he would make some mistake and be punished by the werewolves. Such is the life of an interrogator here at the SRA.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 140px;] Cecile & Peter 7 3 0 omfg XD | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 290px; background-image: url(http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/h424/Shade066/Random/abg049.png);] Needless to say, Ryota was a happy camper when the young girl had dimmed the lights a bit. Much better. He smiled towards her in appreciation as he would go on to ask for her name. Cecile, was it? ”That’s such a lovely name.” He commented. As she went on to explain that she was going to ask him questions.. Well, he felt like he was fine with that, but when she continued with her ‘or else’ statement... Well, that confused him. ”Bad things will happen? ...That’s not good..” He wasn’t sure what those bad things were, but he would certainly try to avoid them as much as he possibly could... Ryota didn’t like bad things because they were bad...Wow, way to state the obvious, huh? Anyways, by ‘bad things’ he almost assumed that someone else was in danger if he didn’t answer to the best of his abilities... Little did he know, the only other person who was at risk was his interrogator. He was completely unaware of the spectators that were watching them through various microscopic cameras around the room; so he was assuming that there was another player to this game.. The hostage. But, who? His mother? Father? Sister? ...Goodness, it had been quite some time since he’s seen her around... How had she been?
Ryota watched as the young girl walked towards him and sat down like a young lady should. She was so sweet; her skin was pale and her hair was a light gray; nearly white. Her eyes were a deep shade of blue and her figure was slim and delicate. How graceful. The man pulled his thoughts away from this as the girl, Cecile would go on to ask him if he was an author. He nodded...But then he realized that he had to answer the questions as best as he could or else something bad would happen. So, with that thought being made, he went on to speak, deciding that a little extra information wouldn’t hurt. ”I don’t make too much money off my books yet... So, I also work as a massage therapist.” he was happy about this. Perhaps he liked writing a lot better, but helping people made him feel good too, so why not enjoy it? He winked at Cecile as he said the last part. Oh yes... He was going there.. Not after much longer, he would go on to speak again; figuring that giving her a bit more information would help to save whoever the third player in this game was. ”That’s actually where I was headed before a young man approached me with a gun.. I thought I was being arrested.” He said with a laugh. Eating a donut in a dark alley was certainly a crime... That was sarcasm. Anyways, speaking of his donut... Where was his donut?
During this time, in a different location, the ‘spectators’ had continued to watch as the young girl began her interrogation with the author. He wasn’t the best known author, but his books had caught some attention in the least and that was still risky for their confidential work. At least, it was supposed to be confidential. If his book had become more popular, then certainly there would be issues arising since the book was fairly well written from what Alzeid had heard about it. He glanced towards his right for a moment. Of course, Peter was there. Then he glanced towards his left. A guard. Dr. Levisque turned his attention back towards the screen as the interrogation seemed to progress. The man was odd. So far he had called his interrogator “the cutest thing” and “sweetheart” along with that he said she had a lovely name, and now he was inviting her for a massage. ”...Is he a pedophile?” Honestly, Alzeid wasn’t one to talk much, so the fact he was actually asking this out loud showed that this seemed a little strange to him. Why did it seem like the man was hitting on her? He had been able to keep a straight face as he asked because he was honestly wondering if sending in Cecile was the best idea now...It also made him curious of any criminal records the man may have... Or, was this all just a big, flirtatious misunderstanding?

Cecile smiled as he complimented her name. She liked her name too... It was a gift from her parents, and something to remember them by. She sometimes wondered what had become of the home, family, and friends she had left behind. It wasn't something she really had time to worry about though, not with the wolves breathing down her neck. She had to agree that she liked her name though. The kinds of thoughts that were soon crossing the minds of the spectator didn't come near her little innocent head. Well, innocent in that aspect anyways. She wasn't really catching on so far, but soon she would. If he was indeed a pedophile, that would make it easy enough to try seducing the answers out of him. Yes, she would go that far, she had been trained to do whatever it takes. If that was what it took, so be it.
The girl nodded as the man basically repeated what she had said, and stated the obvious. Indeed, bad things were not good. He probably thought someone he held close was in danger. He wasn't right at all...yet. There was a possibility that this man did know something he shouldn't, and had told someone else. That someone else would likely be a very unlucky person. Cecile didn't agree with the tactics the government used, but they were effective. Just like her interrogation skills...
Cecile sat and listened, her face not flickering from the set expression of pleasant interest. She didn't appear desperate for the information, that might give him the idea he was actually needed. People who got that idea were either proven otherwise, or given the ability to make bargains. So it was a situation interrogators were supposed to avoid. They shouldn't be the ones panicking...
Cecile took note of everything he said. It was important to base her questions off of clues he gave in his answers so that she could follow the trail of crumbs to the answers she actually wanted. She kept a careful eye on the man, watching him for any signs that he might be lying. Then she would process all the information he gave her, whether he knew he was giving it to her or not, and prepared to continue questioning him. However, she noticed him wink at her. She wasn't sure if that was meant to be flirtatious or not, so she ignored it and kept her face with the same pleasantly interested expression. "Do you often talk with your customers? Have any told you that they have any connections to the government?" Cecile continued asking her questions. It might be a little bit of a slow process, but secretly her heart usually raced through all her interrogations. Fearing one blip in her system would send her into a great deal of painful punishments.
In the room where Peter and Alzeid were observing everything going on inside the interrogation room it was rather boring. Watching the questioning progress was only somewhat interesting. For Peter, it was good enough as long as it was enough work to keep his mind from wandering. Peter looked pretty blank as he watched it, a faint smile still on his face. Dr.Connel was just thinking about how odd this author was, when Alzeid spoke out loud. Peter turned and looked at him, a faint smile still on his face. Peter, being a father, wasn't really a fan of pedophiles. He also had a bad experience with creeps in his own childhood, so he knew what that was like. However, he seemed fairly calm about it when he simply replied, "Possibly." Peter seemed pretty serious about that answer as well. He wasn't really sure, they hadn't looked into this man's personal life very thoroughly because a certain general with no patience had rushed into this whole operation. Dr.Connel honestly knew very little about this man, but it didn't really bother him so much. Cecile would be perfectly safe, she was probably a lot stronger then that man, and she had been trained how to fight. There wasn't even a threat from the author, since he was restrained quite well. "She'll be fine, he's restrained." He continued quite simply, smiling at Alzeid and then returning his gaze to the screens... Peter probably should have been more concerned, but he wasn't... Oh well.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 140px;] Cecile & Peter 4 2 7 so sorry, so short D: | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 290px; background-image: url(http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/h424/Shade066/Random/abg049.png);] Cecile’s somewhat blank, yet somewhat pleasant expression almost left Ryota feeling a little nervous. He didn’t want anything bad to happen which is why he had given her more information than she had asked for. He was surprised how intently she had listened; but maybe this was some sort of interrogation after all? You’d think that the bright lights and the restraints were enough to clue him in, but honestly... At first, he thought of this as just some sort of game. Was he being punk’d? Probably not. He wasn’t that famous. It was unfortunate, but he was sure that he would meet his goals someday... That is, if he was ever able to get out of this situation alive...
He smiled anxiously towards Cecile. Their brief silence felt like an eternity to Ryota. As she finally went on to speak, he couldn’t help but to feel relief. Oh wait... This wasn’t good. What if he didn’t answer correctly? ”I don’t get to speak with them often, no.” He continued. ”...And, I don’t recall anyone telling me that they worked for the government.” There was still tension. He felt like he hadn’t said enough. ”As for my other job...Well, I’m not supposed to talk since most people get massages to relax.” There was a tiny shake in his voice. He wasn’t very strong in situations like this; but that’s because he’s never been in a situation like this.. Oh my, was the poor young man already beginning to crack?
Back in the other room, Alzeid had glanced over towards Peter who had answered his question. Possibly. That word answered more than just one question. He only needed to know why the author was acting in such a strange way towards the poor young girl; yet that one word also told him that the background check they did on him wasn’t thorough. In fact; had they even done a check? Did they know anything other than his name, the fact he was an author, and the particular way the general wished for him to be taken in immediately? He nodded slightly when Peter said that he was restrained. That much was true; but it wouldn’t have been impossible for him to break out. Since their background check on him was so rushed, he probably could have been an escape artist for all they knew. The chances of that were extremely slim; but that didn’t mean it wasn’t possible...

Cecile listened to Ryota's response carefully, analyzing his vocal patterns by ear and keeping an eye on his body language. She dismissed the shaking of his voice as the kind that come from being anxious. He was nervous, but not lying. Well, the approach of stepping stones until she found out what he knew wasn't really going anywhere. It was time to jump a few stones and land on a different set of questions.
"I see... Well Ryota, could you tell me about your other job. Particularly your newest book? I haven't had the pleasure of reading it yet." She smiled at him, tilting her head in a comfortable position that seemed to say she wanted a through explanation since she was getting comfortable. Her Caspian blue eyes were set on him, but they treaded lightly so that he wouldn't get the feeling that eyes were boring into him. "I've heard interesting things about it." Cecile felt free to add that part in. Maybe the compliments would make him feel more comfortable talking about it?
Peter noted the minor change in tactics the interrogator was taking. It was actually starting to entertain Peter now that hes tarted thinking of this as some CSI show or something. Not nearly as good as the TV dramas but entertaining enough. "Do you watch crime shows Alzeid?" Peter seemed to be drifting off topic. Not that it really mattered since his eyes weren't leaving the screens and this was going to be on video anyway. Peter was just being curious, and having a conversation would be better than sitting here and staring at screens.
