Aurora was out late, the night's dark blanket surrounded her figure as the stars twinkled in her bright, blue eyes. The moon's dull rays glistened on her smooth brown hair as the placed her blue ribbons in, from having her hair in a high ponytail at work. She didn't feel like going straight home, so left to the park. It was a longer route. Besides, she didn't like to be cooped up in the household. It made her feel caged, reminded her of what she was. Oh how she disliked what she was.
Aurora watched as a pair of rabbits passed right by her, making her gasp and take a step back, only to giggle. Stopping to stare down at the grass, she took her shoes off and skipped around in it. Feeling the cool, moist grass underneath her feet with the soft soil to add placed her in a mere state of peace. She sighed in content, folding her hands behind her back, head leaned up to gaze at the milky way that never ended. Neither did her life. Something her and the heavens had in common.
Freezing in her footsteps when a noise was heard, her head turned to the side. It was, a guitar. Someone was playing music. Who? She had no idea, but it was a lovely song, and as if she was hypnotized, she followed the direction it came from. Bad idea? more than likely, but hey, Aurora was an airhead, and never thought things like this through. It was something she did best.
A small group of people came into her sights. They were in a circle, a fire in their center. She tilted her head as a reflection of the flames danced in her eyes. This circle tugged at her attention, and she drew herself closer. She did enjoy being around other people. Most of them had a jacket on, hoods up and sitting in pairs. They had drinks around them, and one held a guitar as they all sang in unison. Her eyes sparkled a bit. Yet, she wasn't as sneaky as she wanted to be, since they stopped playing and looked at her. She only gave them a friendly smile. The strangers looked at her a bit longer, then amongst themselves, and back at her with a welcoming grin. She took it as an okay to join in.
Now Aurora was no singer, she knew that even if she did enjoy the activity. She didn't approve of the alcohol either, but it was okay. Gradually they started to play and sing once more. aurora placed her shoes down besides the fire, and circled around it to dance. She was in a too good of a mood to care that dancing was something she liked to enjoy in secret. She moved with grace, her dress flowing with her. Her dress, being a calming, light blue went halfway between her thighs and knees. It had short sleeves that barely left her shoulders, and it was a small V-neck. She laughed as she laughed happily as she swirled around the fire, people singing as she did so.
As hours and hours passed, everybody gradually left one by one until Aurora was alone. Not even a pant left her smooth, pale lips as she merely bent down to pick up her shoes, fanning the fire to try and calm it down. Yet she had a strange feeling that she was not alone.

Koshka had finally been given another mission to go out and collect somebody. The target for him to capture was an important one too... a pure-blooded vampire. Of course he wouldn't be alone though, he was going to have a good amount of backup. They just wanted him for this mission because of his ability to move without making nearly any noise at all. But still... against a pure-blooded vampire... he might have trouble. That's what the backup was there for though. He was in his quarters when he received the mission - running one of his claws against the scar on his chest from the run-in with that one werewolf the last time he was allowed to go out on a mission.
He put on the usual black outfit of his that he wore almost all the time. It always came in extra-handy at night missions like this would be. The squads who had found her were already getting ready to capture her but she decided to join some other group of people. There was no point in unnecessary casualties. They decided to bring in Koshka since he would be able to silent approach and capture her unlike the other squads who were very noisy. He walked up to the surface taking his time - running the back of his claws against the walls while on his way. He always used the back of his claws so that he wouldn't scratch the nice white walls.
When he finally reached the surface there was a hover van waiting for him which he promptly go into and then took off. About twenty minutes later the van stopped and one of the men informed Koshka that he was about seven minutes walking distance away from the target. He would be able to run though and still be near-perfectly silent so he could make it within two minutes. And so he got out of the van and began to run as fast and silently as he could towards the target. Apparently all he had to do was head straight. He was able to spot a fire and several people sitting around it within a minute and a half of running.
He scanned the people around the fire with his eyes looking for his target. He was perched on-top of a small building overlooking the fire. He recalled what the girl looked like in the picture that was shown to him while on the trip in the van and then immediately spotted her. He had her now. Now he just had to wait... Another hour passed before the last of the group of people had finally left. He jumped off of the side of the building and accidentally landed right in-front of one of the people who had just left. That was a very careless mistake that shouldn't have happened. As soon as the girl that he landed in-front of saw him she began to open her mouth as if to yell but he quickly dashed forward towards her and hit her head with the palm of his hand. She went falling to the ground backwards and hit her head on the hard cement - blood could be seen coming from where she hit her head. She might have been dead, maybe just unconscious, who knows. He took the small radio out of his pocket and informed the other squads of the girl's whereabouts so that he could focus on the target. If she qualified for becoming a test subject such as himself then maybe they'd take her back to the SRA too.
He returned his eyes to the target vampire and began slowly approaching her. It looked as if she was getting ready to leave. He picked up his pace a bit the closer he got... then when he got to about fifteen feet behind her he completely stopped. He got into a stance that looked like a tiger getting ready to pounce it's prey. He silently tapped a button on the side of the radio which would transmit a noise to the rest of the squads which meant he was about to attempt the capture of the vampire. If anything were to go wrong he just had to tap it again. And with that, he lunged straight at the back of the vampire with his right arm forward in an attempt to cut an artery in her left arm so that she couldn't move it.

Aurora continued to stand by the fire, waving it softly and gentle so she didn't spread it onto the wet grass. The last thing she wanted was to be the cause of a forest fire. She smiled softly as the fire finally started to become smaller and smaller. She watched the ashes float around the air, and slightly shivered as a cold breeze passed her by. Her hair swished around with the invisible air as it caressed her skin and dress. She giggled again.
Aurora still held the feeling as if she wasn't alone, but placed the thought deep in her mind. Who would be out here this late at night? Besides herself of course. And the small group of people she had joined. Or unless there are couples around. Ooo, maybe it's an animal! That'd be so cute!!! Her thoughts rang out and chirped inside her mind. A big grin came to her face as the thought came. She loved animals very much so, especially when they were babies. Like baby deers, she loved them, and little kittens and puppies! She had her blood rushing now as she had a big, goofy grin on her face. Now, she decided, she just HAD to stop at the pet store to see the beautiful, cute kittens and puppies on display.
Well, she did have Spencer at home, maybe she could buy him a little friend? Would he enjoy that? Maybe she should read some dog books before deciding to get another dog. She made a face. Aurora wasn't a fan of reading very much, but if Spencer wanted a friend, she would take the sacrifice.
Well, in that case she should hurry before the bookstore closes!
Bending over a bit to drop her shoes gently the ground, she hummed softly to herself and closed her eyes in bliss. The thought of having another dog running around her house and maybe, Spencer and the new dog making puppies excited her so! Oh, or maybe she could ask some of her friends at work? Would any of them know? Maybe Selena would. She loved dogs and animals as much as Aurora did. She could ask her the next day that they work together, but she would get some books just in case. Maybe, Spencer deserved a nice treat for putting up with being alone so much. She really should get someone to dog sit for her, that would be a nice thing to do for him, wouldn't it? She sighed softly as she went into a daydream.
Standing up properly from sliding her feet in her shoes, she opened her eyes, but gasped as she felt a sharp pain through her arm. "Ouch! Oh darn.. Did I cut myself on something?" Aurora spoke to herself as she attempted to lift her arm so she could examine it. She couldn't move, her left arm. She knew she couldn't have accidentally cut herself, there was nothing around her, and it wouldn't have cut so accurately at one of her arteries in her arm. Her blue eyes widened. She really wasn't alone, and it was no animal. Placing her right hand over the cut, she looked around to only see a mere figure. She took a step back. She was no fighter, she hated violence. Aurora gulped silently. Se couldn't think of anybody that would hate her, or want her dead.
Maybe the person cut her on accident? No, that wasn't right, they wouldn't have been able to make her left arm unable to move if an accident. This person did it on purpose, but she couldn't think of why. Aurora went over all the people she had met in her lifetime and not a single person left alive hated her. None that she could remember. Maybe this person had a different motive in mind rather than killing her. Best to give people eve fit of the doubt, right?
Taking in a deep breath, she walked forward ever so slightly and smiled. Maybe smiling wasn't such a good idea, but it was just a habit of hers. "May I ask why you have cut my arm? It was not a very nice thing to do, especially since I do not recall ever meeting you..." She spoke to the person in hopes for an answer. She braced herself for another attack, and to swiftly dodge if needed.

"Ouch! Oh darn.. Did I cut myself on something?"
Koshka had managed to cut her exactly where he aimed for. It looked as if she tried moving her arm but failed to do so - good. She was a pureblood though... he figured that she'd probably be able to move that arm again in a short amount of time. He wasn't sure how vampires worked but he was pretty sure that vampires heal fast, especially pure-blooded vampires. She'd be much easier to fight with one arm immobile. Well, should she fight back that is.
"May I ask why you have cut my arm? It was not a very nice thing to do, especially since I do not recall ever meeting you..."
"Koshka 22 is giving you the option of either coming along without getting injured any further or he can just injure you further to get your cooperation." he said to her in that cold-as-ever tone as his. He didn't care what she chose, but if she chose to fight back then it might be some good exercise. Plus he's never fought a pureblood vampire before. He took two steps closer to her as he looked her up and down - checking for any obviously-concealed weapons.
He got into an offensive stance with his right hand being the closest to her. If she moved even a little he was ready to attack her. He'd probably go for immobilizing her legs next. If he was able to do that then this would definitely be able to beat her. Plus he could still call in reinforcements.. in-fact, he should have by now. She already learned of his presence. But he wanted to have just a little bit of fun first. It's been over two months since he's left the SRA and his run-in with the dog-prince. He raised his left paw to his mouth and licked the back of it just like any cat would - he was just teasing her now. "Koshka22 wants to know if you've decided yet." he said with the ends of his lips slowly moving into a sadistic smile.

"Koshka 22 is giving you the option of either coming along without getting injured any further or he can just injure you further to get your cooperation."
Aurora tilted her head, her hair falling around her shoulders as a curtain would a windowsill in a gentle breeze. She took a step back. Was he a rapist? She knew of these men but usually none have approached her before. But if he was, would he really go to the need of just cutting her arm? It would be easier to make her obey. Her eyes widened. Was he one?! The thought of it disgusted er as she shivered, paling a bit and eyes getting much bigger.
She had heard a lot of things like this happening in the news. How men would come out at night and attack defenseless girls. Or, seemingly defenseless girls. She felt pity for those who were victims, but never dreamed of the day it would happen to her, even in her nine-hundred and fourteen years of living! Her father had always warned her about these men, even over the globe to their newest location. Sure she had a stalker here and there, but never been attacked by a rapist!
"Koshka22 wants to know if you've decided yet."
Aurora shivered as he spoke, but noticed he licked his hand. No, it wasn't a hand.. It, was a paw! That belonged to a cat! That wasn't something you see everyday, but hey, neither was a vampire. She looked down at her arm as it slowly but surely began to heal. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to stand in a firm position as he got in an offensive one. "No!! I will not surrender to the dirty likes of you!! I will not be a defenseless victim, like all those other poor girls!! You should be ashamed for who you take advantage of!" Aurora screeched at him. "Shame! shame on who you are! Do something better with your time other than feeling women up!!" She scolded the one named Koshka as she opened her eyes to look at him sternly.
"Have your parents taught you nothing?! If I was your mother I would be very disappointed in you!" She continued, unable to say anything very harsh to him. It just wasn't in her nature to do so. She'd, feel ashamed herself if she was a mean person, no matter what or who the person is.

"No!! I will not surrender to the dirty likes of you!! I will not be a defenseless victim, like all those other poor girls!! You should be ashamed for who you take advantage of!"
Koshka tilted his head just like a confused cat as she spoke to him. He gave the paw that was bigger than her head one last lick as she finished speaking.
"Shame! shame on who you are! Do something better with your time other than feeling women up!!"
He just tilted his head in the opposite direction now - he had no idea what she was talking about. Just as he was about to ask her one last time if she was sure she spoke again.
"Have your parents taught you nothing?! If I was your mother I would be very disappointed in you!"
He tilted his head back again... his parents? He knew that he had parents but due to the scientists at the SRA he had no idea who they were. He had no idea who anybody was from before he was captured. That didn't matter though. What mattered was serving the Scarlet Rose. Which was just what he was about to do. Less blood was coming from where he had cut her... it still should have been bleeding more. It was healing faster than he anticipated.
He dashed towards the woman without warning and just as he was about to attempt slashing her he moved to jumped over her to land behind her so that he could slash her back of her legs. He swung both his right and left paws at each leg in an attempt to cut her badly enough so that she wouldn't be able to move. He knew where almost every vital point on the body was. Well... only the easy-to-cut ones. It helped him in a lot of his fights. He always sneaks up on his prey, immobilizes one of their arms - usually the one with a weapon, and then immobilizes their legs. With that they would be in no condition to fight back. However what he just did with jumping to get behind her and attacking her legs would leave him at an opening if she were able to dodge.
The only thing he'd be able to do if she were to counter him was jump backwards... but as long as she just aimed straight back at where he was then she'd be able to hit him. Of course he didn't even realize this himself though. He was confident enough that she wouldn't be able to dodge his attack.

Aurora panted slightly as she looked at him, brows furrowed to the center of her head Not a word rung from his lips this time, but merely licked his paw once more and tilted his head opposite directions as she spoke to him. She swallowed to wet her rather dry throat. she swung her head to the side so she could make her hair fall behind her once more instead of covering her shoulder. Her thoughts lingered to Spencer. She missed him so and hoped this boy would leave soon, yet he seemed confused by her words. Maybe has wasn't a rapist after all. An assassin then?
Aurora gasped and watched as he swiftly jumped behind her, and moved just in time to dodge his monstrous claws. She trembled. She turned to face the boy and backed up. She refused to fight, she would rather not fight than save her own life. Well, she had lived for nine-hundred years. What good was it to live any longer? Not that she was suicidal or anything, it's just she believed she had lived long enough, and she feared she may accidentally kill this boy. This was one of her worst fears ever, killing someone. The thought and imagining it made her want to tear up.
Why was he so eager to attack? Why did he want to attack? Had Aurora done something? She couldn't think of a single thing! If he didn't want her for pleasuring reasons then why? It was at times like these when she wished she was good at strategy and thinking things through, but unfortunately the poor pure-blood was not, and so did the first thing that came to mind. She turned her back to him, and started to run. This was her best defense. No, it really was. She had no intention of fighting him. It would go against everything she stood for and believed in! She just couldn't do it. It wasn't in her. Like stated before, Aurora was no fighter and she knew this very well so.

Koshka was surprised when she managed to dodge his attack. He was even more surprised when she didn't counter-attack. He noticed that opening that he left for her and wondered why she didn't take advantage of it... Did she not know how to fight? Maybe she just didn't want to fight... It didn't matter. Prey was prey. All that mattered was him capturing her. He took chase after her as soon as she began running... but she was a pure-blooded vampire. She was faster. He'd have to rely on the reinforcements... which counted as a personal failure to him. He took the radio out of his pocket and said "Target going north-west." and that was all.
If she continued heading in her direction then she'd meet head-on with two squads of lazer-gun armed Turics. There would also be a hover-van behind them to use if she were to run away from them. She was still gaining distance from Koshka... but if she saw the squads and van then decided to turn around she'd be his. The only problem with the plan though was that if she were to flee right when spotting the squads then she'd have an opening. If she went left she'd run into more men from the Scarlet Rose.
He had fallen about a hundred feet behind her now. He didn't expect a pure-blood to be so fast. Too bad that due to his paws and claws he couldn't use the majority of firearms... If he had normal hands then he could have just shot her as soon as she started to run. He got onto all fours as he began to run faster. Using his powerful arms to propel him forward would do better than his legs. He still couldn't match her speed though. Thankfully there were reinforcements... Now he was just hoping that the reinforcements wouldn't be helpless as they were against that werewolf from last time he was out. That werewolf must have taken on at least three squads of Turics. But for a vampire who seems to not want to fight... that situation seemed like it wouldn't repeat itself.
Just a little longer and she'd run into the squads who were waiting for her... He was already calling the objective complete in his mind... but he wanted to do this without help. This was the second time where he failed to do something. That feeling of worthlessness washed over him. He almost hoped that the squads wouldn't be able to get her so that he could... but then he felt bad for wanting that. Wanting other people fighting for the Scarlet Rose to die was horrible since they were fighting on the same side. Plus his superiors wouldn't be happy to hear that they failed either. He wanted his superiors to be happy, but... he'd still feel bad for himself. "Doesn't matter, doesn't matter" he repeated to himself in thought.

Aurora continued to race. She was scared. For the first time, in a long time, she was scared. What does he want from her? She repeated the question over and over inside her mind. There was no logical answer. Then her thoughts lingered to the rumors she heard about a Scarlet Rose Academy, that once someone goes in, that person never comes out. Was the rumor true? Was it her turn? But she had been alive for so long, why would they decide to now? Maybe she was better at hiding who she was than she really thought. If she wasn't being chased, she would have been happy about this fact, but right now she had better things to do.
As she continued running, she slowed to a stop. Aroma could move her left arm up a bit not yet completely. She only stopped, because there were people waiting. So the boy had friends, and rather tough looking ones. She bit her bottom lip. Her eyes glanced to the left side. They would be waiting there most likely as well. They knew what they were up against, and he must have presumed she would have fought, and since she ran, call in help to probably catch her that way. Ha! She figured him out! She was smarter than she thought at this. Or, so she wanted to believe.
They certainly are prepared, that's for sure. I don't know what I should do.. This is such a problem. If I go left, I know they will be there waiting. If I go forward I'd lose for sure. Not to mention they have a van. Not the best of cars for speed, but definitely big enough for them and a mere girl.. And Koshka. Koshka, what an odd name, I've never heard of such a name before. Is it Japanese? Ooo that'd be so cool! I've always wanted a Japanese name, like Sakura, so pretty, I love cherry blossoms! So romantic as well.. Maybe I can travel to japan, I haven't been much around the world in my nine hundred years. That's rather pathetic that I stayed here for nine hundred years.. Maybe I should have left with mother and father... Then I wouldn't be caught in this mess.. Oh wait! This mess! I'm still in the middle of it! Stop being an idiot and think of a way t get out of here!!
Aurora swiftly gazed around. They'd probably being hiding in the right direction as well. She turned around, and Koshka wasn't far behind. One, against almost an army. Well, a small army. Yet there was only one behind her. She decided to take a risk. Turning her back t the man, she shot towards Koshka. Was she going to fit one? If she goes down, take one with her? Not at all. She slowly started to close the distance between the two of them, and once she was close enough, took a swift turn to go around him. She hoped he would have been distracted with going to offense or defensive poses, since he may have thought she was going to attack, but then is also the possibility he would have taken the chance to attack her, or he saw through her plan and- there were just many possibilities and holes in her plan, but she had to do something, she knew that at least. There was o way she was going without giving them a wild goose chase first.
Please work, please work!! I don't want to go to some academy!! I have so much to do!! I'm a very busy person! The need to become more considerate! Rude, very rude people! Think of what you're-... Haha... Hahahaha!!! I sound like a human!! I knew. Couldn't be some monster! At least not completely! Oh mom, dad, if only you could see how much of a good vampire I've become, so much like a human!! Would you be disappointed? Most likely, but I know they would be happy that I am. I love you, mother, father.. The thought of maybe never seeing them again made her eyes water slightly, blurring her vision, only a little bit.

"There she is! Shoot for her legs!" the squad of Turics shouted as they began to shoot their lazer-guns Aurora, but they all missed. One of the shots got relatively close to her but ended up flying towards Koshka's direction and almost hitting him. He spit on the ground to the left of him as the laser went right past his left arm. "They need to watch where they're shooting... but I am right behind her... doesn't matter." he thought as several more laser shots went past him.
The shots that were being fired past him reminded him of team training missions at the Scarlet Rose Academy. Almost everybody who would pick up a gun for the first time would accidentally shoot somebody on their team. It was hard for there to not be friendly-fire in chaotic battles or whenever you have the enemy surrounded. After enough training though people would learn to be more careful about friendly-fire... except maybe these Turics. Koshka began changing his direction to the right a bit since he predicted his prey to turn in that direction... but instead she did something that he couldn't decide if it was brave or stupid. She started running in his direction.
"So they couldn't even hit her once..." he thought to himself followed by an out-loud "Tch...". Just what was she trying to do? She probably would have been better off turning to the right, or wait... She was heading in his direction so that she could take him down. If she was able to handle him then nobody else would be in this direction for at least 5 minutes. "I won't let you pass." he thought just as she was getting within range. He had gotten into a defensive stance so he could block and counter whatever she tried but instead she turned to go around him. He was surprised at her decision but he was still prepared.
He turned to face her within a two seconds of her deciding to go around him and then jumped straight at her feet in an attempt to grab them. If he was able to grab and trip her then he'd cut up her legs to the point where even with pure-blood vampire healing she shouldn't be able to move her legs for 10 minutes. If he was able to do this one thing according to plan then it'd still be his success. The Turics that had been shooting her had surely gotten into the van by now and were on their way, but he wasn't sure if the van would be able to catch up to her with her speed. The van would even have trouble catching up to himself if he were to ever run away from it. "You can't escape!" he shouted just after he jumped for her feet.

Aurora clenched her teeth as she heard the command of her attackers. Hm, being shot in the leg. That was something new, she had never been shot before. She really didn't feel like starting either. Continuing her path, she ran, waiting for a shock of pain to go through her leg as one of the lasers pierced into her leg, but strangely it was taking a long time to do so. If they were going to be on the attack, then they really needed to teach their squads better aim. After all, she was getting pretty close to Koshka. Her plan looked like it was working.
It really boosted Aurora's hopes when She watched Koshka get into a different stance, as if prepared to fight. Good! Maybe this was going to go better than she ever imagined it would. She was never good with battle plans. She never fought. As this has been stated multiple times before.
She could feel her heart pick up pace with each step she took towards Koshka. She pleaded and prayed he wouldn't be able to hit her and knock her over or something. Maybe a jump would have been better? She wasn't very good at jumping. Pouncing yes, jumping and leaping over somebody, not in her arsenal of skills.
As she turned, he was motionless. For about a second. He then, to her surprise, went for her feet instead of doing, any other attack she lined up in her mind that she had thought he'd go for. She felt his paws wrap around her ankles, and she went tumbling to the ground. By this time now, she was able to more her arm. Flipping herself over, she flattened her dress to the ground with a red face. Well she was wearing a dress, and he was at her feet. Aurora huffed an aggravated, embarrassed sigh. Biting the inside of her lip, she had to go against everything she stood for.
"Please forgive me!!" She cried loudly to him as she closed her eyes tightly and scooted her leg back, and swung it quickly forward towards him. It was powerful, but not nearly as much as she could do. She still didn't want to hurt Koshka. He dodged, she was in trouble, if it was a hit, she had no idea what she would do. she was only one girl!

"I've got you now." Koshka thought to himself as his paws wrapped around Aurora's ankles. As she tripped and fell he had accidentally looked up her dress... of course he didn't care at all about that though. He wasn't into things like that - he just wanted to serve his superiors. When she landed she had flipped herself over with the arm that had been up-until-now disabled from his earlier attack.
"Please forgive me!!"
He was confused as to what she asking forgiveness for until he saw a kick coming straight for him. He instinctively raised his right hand-paw to block the kick and he did, but it was very painful still. The moment her leg had come into contact with his hand he felt a painful vibration get sent up his arm. It felt as if he had just used his hand to stop an oncoming car.
"Nyagh!" was the sound that escaped his mouth when he got kicked - his tone sounding pained. A single kick wouldn't be enough to win the fight though - even if it was more powerful than that werewolf's kick. He shot a quick glance to his right and saw the van that had the Turics who were shooting at the woman earlier on it's way. Estimated time until arrival would be about 45 seconds he figured.
Now Koshka just had to keep Aurora in place until they arrived... He lunged for her legs once more but realized that the bone in his right hand was fractured... maybe even broken. He let out another pained-sounding "Nyagh" sound as he moved his right hand in for the attack, even if he was able to scratch her with his claws on that hand it wouldn't do much since there was hardly any force behind that attack. His left hand would still be able to fulfill it's job though. The claws coming out of his left hand were now on their way to puncture the top her leg. If he could get his claws inside of her leg then she wouldn't be able to escape until she got the claws out... which hopefully she wouldn't be able to do before van got there. He wanted to be careful not to completely tear her leg off though - he might get in trouble for that. They wanted her in one piece.
If she managed to dodge his attack though then he wouldn't be able to do anything else if she was able to get up and run at full speed again. Without his right hand he wouldn't be able to run on all fours which was the only way he could even come close to matching her speed. He'd have to rely on the van or the other squads in that direction to get her... and the odds were against them thanks to her speed.

Aurora winced as she heard him yell out in pain. Hi cry of agony was what made her miserable. She had hit harder than she had wanted to, and may have seriously injured him. This was one reason why she really hated being a supernatural creature, she really didn't know her own level of strength. This bothered her. Maybe she should train just in case so if this were to happen again she would be prepared? It was a fairly nice idea, but first, she had to get out of the mess first, once again. She liked to repeat herself.
Aurora started to back away from Koshka as he was slightly distracted, noticing the van was only getting closer and closer to them. this worried her. What if they shot her? What would happen to Spencer? She had dreams she wanted to do! she sighed. She wasn't afraid, she wouldn't allow herself to be. Fear was a weakness that wasn't needed, right? Kept you from doing many things.. Of course this didn't mean she wouldn't run either. Placing the bottoms of her feet on the ground, she was prepared to push off of them.
Before Aurora had a chance to even pounce up, her leg was caught in Koshka's claws. She let out a yelp in pain, covering her mouth as her hair fell around her shoulders. Her eyes closed tightly. You've felt worse, Aurora... You've felt worse.. This can't slow you down... This is becoming a failure of a plan.. At least I've fought this long... That's good right? Oh who am I kidding, it's down right pathetic.. People would have been gone by now, but not a full-blooded vampire huh? I'm such a failure.. Mom and dad had a right to leave me behind.
Aurora blinked and shook her head. No! This wasn't her! She was optimistic, and optimistic she would remain! Her parents loved her, and she would get out of this! She was stubborn, she was tough! okay tough not so much but she still was stubborn! She gripped onto Koshka's paw/hand and tried to lift it up and out. Maybe he was stronger than he looked too. She wasn't sure. He was definitely smarter than he looked to know where the artery was in her arm. Even if she could lift his paw out, she wouldn't be able to run as fast. It was too late, she knew that, but she could still try. Right?

Just as it appeared that Aurora was going to try escaping once more, Koshka's claws had sunk into her leg - stopping her from getting up. As his claws sunk into her he couldn't help but let out another gasp of pain from holding himself up using his right hand. The feeling of having his claws in flesh was always... somewhat strange to him. He couldn't feel much since it was just his claws, and it didn't disturb him or anything, but it was still just... strange. He was using a part of his body as a knife essentially to cut or stab another being after-all.
The van was even closer now, about 20 seconds away. The doors on the sides were already opening and the Turic's heads could be seen popping out the sides to look and get ready to jump out. "K-koshka recommends you don-" he was painfully saying just as she began to pull his claws out from her leg. She was doing what he was just telling her not to. Then he decided to do something stupid, but instinctively, and tried to get the claws on his right hand into her other leg, but as soon as he moved his right hand he ended up falling onto the ground since that was the only thing which was holding him up. He ended up just damaging his right hand even more thanks to the fall which caused yet another "Nyagh!" to escape his lips.
To his surprise, she was able to pull his claws out. He tried to immediately attack her leg again with the claws that she had just pulled out but if she took advantage of running as soon as she got his claws out then he'd miss her. It was alright though, the van wasn't more than 13 seconds away. Even if she began running as fast as she could with the condition her leg is in then the van should still be able to catch up. Even if they couldn't catch up they could just follow the blood trail that she'd leave thanks to the cuts in her leg. However, that would mean they'd have to catch her before that wound healed too. Koshka was fine though - he was certain that the van would be able to get her thanks to his efforts. This was his win for the most part - if it weren't for him they probably wouldn't be able to catch her.

Aurora panted as she finally got his claws out of her leg. She bit her bottom lip hard, piercing through the kin there as well. It hurt. It was almost too late to run now. She'd do it anyway. Ignoring the shocking pain that rang up throughout her body from her leg, she began to move swiftly, but not nearly as fast as she was before. She tripped and fell, getting dirt into her wounds, but doubt it would really infect her like it would a human teenager. It still hurt pretty bad though. she managed to keep quiet.
Aurora gasped as she felt large, strong, cold gloved hands wrap around her arms. Se closed her eyes in shame. She had failed, but that was okay, she promised herself she wouldn't be there for long. he hoped. Then again, she could attack right here.. Yet, as if they saw through her mind, they whammed the handle of a gun into her stomach, causing the air to leave her lungs and black out, going limp in their arms. They looked at each other. "Wasn't a very strong fighter.. Wonder why. Oh well, doesn't matter as long as we have her.." They talked amongst themselves.
Throwing Aurora in the back, they tied her up and started to gather any evidence of a kidnapping, and made sure there were no witnesses. One of the Turics, laid her in a comfy position, and walked over to Koshka with a first-aid kit. "Hey Koshka. You okay? That seemed like it hurt pretty bad..." He told him as he took his paw that seemed hurt gently into his much smaller hands. He carefully examined the paw. "It's fractured, that's for sure. Not totally sure if it is broken, you'll need a X-ray when we get back." He explained to him as he took out a thick but thin, strong piece of woof and placed it on his paw. He looked at him.
"This will hurt, okay?" The Turic warned as he pressed firmly down and wrapped a bandage around it as a substitute cast. He made sure it wouldn't come off if anything else happened. "Thanks for the help, Koshka. I mean just coming out of being absent due to a tough battle wit a werewolf, and getting injured again.. Got to suck, but just know we couldn't have caught her without you. It may not seem like it sometimes, but you're one of the best. Don't know where we would be without you." He said as he patted his shoulder and cleaned up the medical supplies. "See ya' at the van." The turic then walked off as they started to get in.
