TEST SUBJECTS
The SRA rounds up humans so that they can create test subjects that will one day form an army to protect Liba. The humans taken by the SRA are ones that won't be missed, or whose absence can easily be explained. Usually their ages range from eight to twenty-five, simply because younger people are easier to change. They are split into five categories, which each have their own variations.

GROUP AGroup A is comprised of test subjects which were combined with animal DNA. They were the first type of subjects to roll out of the operating room when the SRA first started. These test subjects often have some of the strangest looks. Their animals DNA has given them animal adaptions, such as stronger senses or extra appendages depending on what sort of animal they were combined with. The SRA has managed to be able to scrape together per-historic DNA and turn test subjects of the A group into combinations of dinosaurs or animals like mammoths. Test subjects usually have similar appearances to the animal they were combined with, and their abilities are similar. For example, a Group A test subject with the DNA of an African Grey Parrot would have larger lungs and heart, thin hollow bones, stronger muscles, bird wings, and modified vocal chords capable of achieving perfect mimicry of any sound or voice. Another example might be a test subject with tiger DNA getting stripes on their skin, among other more detailed body modifications.

GROUP DThese test subjects were combined with DNA from demons. Some of them have picked up bad behavior, and negative, sometimes self destructive traits in their personalities from being fused with demons. Because there are multiple types of demon these test subjects are complicated. There are two types, Group D test subjects fused with Animons, or fused with Tremons.
Test subjects combined with Animons.DOG - When test subjects are fused with dog Animon DNA they grow in height at least 6 inches. They grow sharp canines like that of a dog, and their saliva becomes toxic. The only ones who can't be poisoned by their poisonous saliva is other dog animon test subjects from group D or actual dog animons. They have inhuman strength, and they have been known to be possessive over their "toys". They have heightened senses, and often times dog like instincts.
FOX - Test subjects fused with fox Animon DNA grow a fox tail and sometimes also fox ears, but they usually shrink at least three inches in height. They have heightened sense, and have telekinetic powers. They are also able to create illusions with their minds.
COUGAR & JAGUAR - Jaguar and Cougar (the big cats for short) test subjects are among the fastest. they have incredible flexibility, and can easily squeeze into tight places. Their collar bones are made of flexible material that allows them to go anywhere their heads can fit. They sometimes have the ability to control whether they have human ears, or cat ears and they can control whether or not their tail shows. Their sense are all heightened, and are strongly affected by cat nip... They actually have the same smell as a demon, which is extremely intoxicating to humans. However one side-affect is that they have cat-like instincts which sometimes make them a bit sadistic to their prey. They have wonderful senses of balance and are great climbers.
SNAKE - These test subjects are more flexible then humans, have excellent night vision, and don't require nearly as much food as an average human. They have an extremely poisonous bite, and a longer tongue then average. They also have fangs, and snake-like reflexes. Their stomachs are capable of digesting anything. Snakes Animon Test subjects are extremely strong.
Test subjects combined with Tremons.Usually they have very strange hair colors. Also they have pointed ears, and their hair grows fast. Their powers include telekinetic powers, changing eye colors to any color, floating without wings, and they can turn translucent (almost see-through). They cannot turn completely invisible. They have a small amount of control over one element. Their elemental powers are never as strong as a real demon's, but its still useful to some of them.

GROUP H
These test subjects are simply modified humans. They have had any mutations and defects in their DNA removed. They have become super strong, fast, flexible, well-balanced, as well as healthy. They also acquire better reflexes and stamina. They have all the great features of being human, 10 times better. They are the only kind of test subject capable of going through a second set of experiments to gain more power from a different group. Since they are still only human, they can be fused with other species still. But since they have such dominant DNA the second fusion may not work well... The other species traits only add on to their current ones, it doesn't erase them.

GROUP VThe "V" stands for Vampire. These Test Subjects have either stopped aging, or started to age
very slowly. They have fangs, and long, sharp finger nails. They are extremely fast, and extremely strong. They have a sense of smell just as sharp as a vampire's, their hearing is that good as well. Their eyes flash red occasionally. They sometimes thirst for blood, depending on the individual person, but they eat a lot. Their fangs have the same chemical that makes the bite very pleasant for those who are bitten by these test subjects. They don't turn other people into vampires, and they don't heal any faster then a normal human.
[/li][li]
GROUP WThese test subjects were combined with werewolves but age normally. They are either extremely fast or strong. They all have claws that secrete a toxin that can easily kill, and also melt through organic materials. They have extremely good noses and ears. A few of them have a wolf tail and tail, not very many, but a few.

The Life of a Test Subject
Test subjects that live in the SRA are either Loyal or Unloyal. Loyal test subjects follow orders, complete any missions given to them, and don't bother trying to escape. Most loyal test subjects were either successfully brainwashed, understand that they are serving their country, or have simply been beaten into submission by the guards. Unloyal test subjects are the more closely watched test subjects, they aren't allowed as many freedoms as their loyal peers, and are often caught trying to escape. Every test subject realizes it is extremely difficult to escape the SRA, the underground facility is guarded by werewolves. If they are even caught on the level closest to the surface without good reason they could be severely punished. In the past, disloyal test subjects have worked together to all escape at once however.

Escaped Test Subjects
Test subjects who escape the SRA find themselves miles from the city they were all born in. Outside the SRA is all unoccupied woodlands and wilderness. However, werewolf rebels are usually on the prowl just outside the SRAs borders hoping to find and recruit any escapees into the rebel moment that hopes to free all test subjects from the SRA. Test subjects who escapee will never be able to lead normal lives, and will most likely be recruited by the rebels, re-captured and severely punished by the SRA, or die in the woods...

Test Subject Jobs
CHILDREN - They attend the SRA's school system and learn just as well as they would at a normal school, if not more. They also attend classes that teach them how to fight, and survive in the wilderness. They are given free time after school and training to go where they wish. They aren't very closely monitored because usually the children are pretty obedient. If children get caught doing what they aren't supposed to, they could get anything from a beating to a scolding from the guard that catches them, and escorted to where they need to be. All of them have their own personal cell, or sometimes they share a cell with a roommate.
TEENAGERS - The teenagers are supposed to attend the high school classes provided at the school for them. They aren't required to though, as long as they are training. With the small amount of things to do in the SRA most teenagers do attend classes. If any of them wish to get out of the front lines, they will take medical classes and train to be nurses or doctors. There are also internships provided for those who enter into the medical training.
SQUAD CAPTAINS - After a test subject turns sixteen they can take the squad captain qualification exam. If they pass, they will be placed in charge of a squad and complete any missions they are sent on. Usually, they lead a group of one to five test subjects on missions to capture humans in the city for new recruits, fight off rebels, and capture monsters for experimentation. Squad Captains are in charge of training their squad, and keeping them in shape and order.
CADETS - These test subjects have completed most of their training, and are usually assigned to squads and led on missions by their Squad Captain. They follow all orders given to them by their Squad Captains and attend their Squad Captains training sessions. They are supposed to follow all the orders their Squad Captains give them, if they don't the Squad Captain can decide their punishment. A test subject can become a cadet after eighteen months of basic training.
INTERROGATORS - These test subjects are selected for interrogator training the moment they are deemed stable after becoming a test subject. It takes at least two years for them to complete their training. When Interrogators are trained, it is very specific and harsh training. They are first taught how to keep the secrets they learn through their interrogations, by being given secrets and being told to keep the secret while having a trained interrogator try to torture it out of them. Once they learn how to handle all the tortures they could possibly go through, and still keep their secrets, they are taught how to interrogate. How to tell if a person is lying to them from when a person is telling the truth, and how to get into people's heads to get all the information they can. By any means necessary... Until they are finished being trained they are kept in isolation, from everyone but the werewolves who are in charge of the interrogation program. They are given bracelets that they cannot remove that track them, and act like messengers in that they can deliver orders to return to the interrogation area for a job.
TRAINER - These test subjects are instructors for training the newbies, children, and teenagers. When a test subject enters the SRA and goes to the training rooms, they will be taught by one of the instructors. The instructors teach everything from martial arts, to how to handle weapons, strategy planning, and how to use the specific powers each type of Test subject has acquired. To become a trainer, a test subject must have completed four years of apprenticeship and training in the area they would like to instruct in, or be able to pass the exams that grant them a license for training in whatever they would like to instruct in.
TEACHER - They teach classes in the school system. They are usually older test subjects, and have to have a teaching license. Test subjects could become one if they finish the high school classes and decide to continue to use the school system the SRA provides to take college classes and qualify to be a teacher. There are also assistant teacher positions open, and apprenticeships and such things.
GUARD - This job has the same requirements of a cadet. Only, instead of going on missions, they guard the halls and cooperate with the werewolf guards. If a guard catches a misbehaving test subject, they are supposed to beat them and escort them back to their cells. Not very many test subjects chose to take this job.
NURSE - If a test subject wants to, they can take medical classes and earn a qualification to be a nurse. Nurses are like the assistants for the doctors of the SRA. They work in the infirmary, taking care of anyone with a boo-boo and anyone recovering from surgery or experimentation. They also take samples from the captured monsters in the SRA for the doctors to do their experiments with. After becoming a nurse, a test subject can become an apprentice and do an internship to learn to be a doctor.
DOCTOR - Most doctors are actually human, but some of them are test subjects who have gone through becoming a nurse, and then did the extra work to become a doctor. Or maybe they were already a human doctor, and decided to experiment on themselves and became a test subject themselves. They are in charge of doing all the dangerous experiments and surgeries that turn the humans rounded up by the SRA into test subjects for their growing army.

Their Role in the Plot
Test subjects are the victims of war. The government has rounded up these people from the city, and turned them into biological weapons. They are the soldiers that serve the SRA, and will one day protect Liba in the up-coming war. Some of them are brain-washed into serving the SRA, some of them serve the SRA out of a sense of duty, and many serve because they fear the consequences of disobedience. The test subjects who escape usually join the forces of the free werewolves, or the MnM.
